Liseberg Grand Curiosa is Sweden’s most imaginative family hotel. Nine stories high and 29,000 square meters in size, the star-shaped building has 457 rooms. All with at least five beds, but there are also rooms for even larger groups. The hotel is built with children’s curiosity at its heart. With a slide from the second floor straight down to the lobby and a fully functioning pony carousel from 1923 in the restaurant, the Liseberg feeling follows guests from check-in until they lay their heads on the pillow. For those who can’t get enough exercise, there is a well-equipped gym, where hotel guests can both lift weights and run until they’re tired.

Scandic Europa is within walking distance of the vibrant shopping hub in Nordstan, as well as the quieter cobbled streets with cafés and shops. Outside our hotel, you can take tram 5 straight to Gothenburg’s most entertaining district with Liseberg amusement park, Universeum and Museum of World Culture all on the same street. If you still have energy to spare, Avenyn is just 10 minutes from our hotel with shops, cafés and restaurants and the majority of Gothenburg’s nightlife. When it’s time to travel, central station is right opposite our hotel, where you’ll find the airport shuttle to Landvetter Airport.

To cancel your hotel reservation, simply email the conference secretariat at Reed & Mackay. Cancellations are accepted until April 8, 2026, with a cancellation fee of SEK 312.50 per person including 25% VAT. If you cancel after April 8, 2026, or do not arrive for your stay, the full cost of your reservation will be charged, regardless of the reason.
