All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to conference secretariat Reed & Mackay, congress.se@reedmackay.com.
- If cancellation is made 90 days prior to the first event day, March 11 2026,a cancellation fee of SEK 312,50 incl. 25% VAT will be charged.
- If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the first event day, May 11 2026, a 50% refund will be given.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the first event dayno refund will be given.
In the event that the conference is postponed due to circumstances outside of the organizers’ control, the above cancellation policy applies. Your registration fee could then be transferred to the new dates for the conference or to a digital conference.
